What we collect
The only information we collect from you is whatever information you voluntarily provide on our Feedback Form, which we receive directly and only if you click the "submit" button. We will also be in possession of whatever information, including your email address, you send in an email to us.
Other than if you contact us, we have no way of gathering any information about you. Furthermore, there is no way we can personally identify you unless you send us personally identifiable information, which is always completely optional.
While we greatly appreciate your feedback, sending us any information is entirely optional and you are completely free to use any and all information and resources provided on this website without using the Feedback Form or contacting us in any way.
What we do with the information we gather
The information and answers to demographic questions you send us is collected by us with the sole purpose of learning what you as a community would like to see happen with this website and/or with the Society, in order to better meet our mandate of serving the community of Bella Bella. We may also use your personal information, should you provide it, to contact you only if you give us express permission, for example by initiating a communication that requests a response or by checking the radio button on our Feedback Form to indicate you wish to be added to our mailing list for newsletters and special announcements.
We will not under any circumstances share your personal information to any third parties.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
